PT Nimatek Sinergi Maritim was established in 2025 in Batam in response to the growing demand for reliable and professional marine engineering services, both nationally and internationally.

Our roots trace back to CV. RB Diesel—Indonesia’s pioneer specialist in Turbochargers and Governors—founded in Jakarta in 1988 by Mr. H. Bachtiar Muzis, who possessed a strong background in marine engineering and vessel system design. Built upon this solid foundation, the company has grown into a dynamic entity capable of executing large-scale projects across the maritime, commercial, and industrial manufacturing sectors globally.

We have expanded our business operations into the wholesale distribution of marine/industrial equipment and components, as well as logistics distribution. This enables us to provide comprehensive end-to-end solutions—spanning technical execution, procurement, and supply chain logistics—for clients across shipping, fisheries, offshore energy, commercial trading, industrial manufacturing, and government sectors.

Supported by certified and experienced engineers, well-equipped office and workshop facilities, and a trusted network of domestic and international partners, our technical experts have been entrusted with critical projects ranging from routine ship maintenance (preventive maintenance), engine and electrical system repairs, navigation systems, shipyard operations, and industrial engineering to the procurement of specialized spare parts and equipment.
